Fatemeh Ekhtesari

Curator

Fatemeh Ekhtesari is a renowned Iranian poet, writer, and activist with first-hand experience of living under systems of gender apartheid. Known for her fearless advocacy for freedom of expression and human rights, she has dedicated her work to giving voice to the silenced and marginalized. Through her poetry, writing, and public engagements, she confronts issues of gender inequality, censorship, and social justice, often at great personal risk.
